Data we collect

EVStreak collects only the Tesla Fleet Telemetry signals required to render your dashboard, drive history, Fair Score, FSD Journal, and Charging Ledger surfaces. We do not poll `vehicle_data` for analytics, we do not collect raw audio, video, or in-cabin signals, and we do not request the `vehicle_location` scope unless route-linked surfaces are explicitly enabled.

What we render

Vehicle telemetry stays internal to EVStreak. The web and mobile apps render only **derived, public-safe** views of your data — Fair Score, efficiency, streaks, and aggregates. Raw telemetry is never displayed to other users, never sold, and never shared with advertisers.

Subprocessors

Authentication is handled by Clerk. Billing is handled by Stripe. Crash and error reporting is handled by Sentry. Each of these subprocessors receives the minimum data required to provide its service. EVStreak does not pass your raw vehicle telemetry to any of them.

Your controls

You can export every drive, charging session, and Fair Score record EVStreak holds about you, in a machine-readable format. You can delete your account and all derived data; deletion is irreversible and propagates to backups within the rolling-window retention period. Tesla-side authorization (Fleet Telemetry config) is revoked at the same time the account is deleted.

No sale, no third-party tracking

EVStreak does not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers in the authenticated app surfaces. We use a minimal first-party analytics setup to understand which features people use; you can opt out from the Settings · Privacy surface.

Retention

EVStreak retains derived drive history while your account is active. Raw telemetry frames are aggregated into derived signals and discarded on a rolling 90-day window. When you delete your account, all account-linked records are removed within 30 days, and we do not maintain shadow profiles after deletion.

Security

If a security incident affects your account, we will notify you directly within 72 hours of confirmation. We follow least-privilege internal access controls, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and rotate Tesla refresh tokens on every reissue from Tesla.

Minors

EVStreak is not designed for use by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If you believe your child's data has been collected, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy as the product changes. The last-updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent material change. Material changes are also surfaced inside the app on Settings · Privacy.
